A. Location Information

• Customer App: We collect precise location data when you specify pickup or drop-off coordinates.
• Driver App: We collect precise or approximate location data to track vehicle coordinates for matching algorithms, routing, and sharing progress with the customer.
  Background Location Tracking: The Driver App collects location data even when the app is closed, in the background, or not in use, to match active orders with nearby drivers and ensure route visibility during transit.

B. Account Credentials

• We collect your mobile phone number during sign-up.
• For driver partners, we collect name, vehicle class, and registration plate numbers to verify eligibility and comply with transport regulations.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Order Fulfilment: Matching active bookings with eligible drivers based on location constraints.
• Live Tracking: Broadcasting live vehicle markers to the customer waiting for their cargo.
• Verification: Providing pickup OTP verification keys to ensure safe handoff.
• Safety and Security: Reviewing audit logs to detect fraudulent operations.

3. Sharing of Information

We only share information with third parties in the following scenarios:

• Customer and Driver Match: The assigned driver's name, phone number, vehicle plate, and location coordinates are shared with the booking customer.
• Legal Compliance: When required to do so by local municipal authorities or active court directives.

4. Security of Data

We store all transactional details, location positions, and audit logs on secure PostgreSQL servers protected by JWT (JSON Web Tokens) verification gates. No unauthenticated user can fetch database rows.
